Easy Self-Care: Tip for Staying Hydrated

Just here to share a quick tip about how I strive to stay hydrated. Whenever I notice that I'm getting close to the 3 hour mark—so, I do this from noon, 3, 6, and 9—I stop whatever I’m doing and I chug whatever water I have left. It’s 2:50 now and I noticed that I still have quite a bit of water left for this chunk of three hours. So, I’m gonna stop, and I’m gonna chug this water, and then I’m gonna refill it! 

(chugs water)

(takes a break) 

Sometimes I need to breathe.

(laughs)

(burps) And burp. 

(chugs water) 

All done! And now I’m on my way to being hydrated for the day. (thumbs up)
