Full rate: $150 per session
Sliding scale: $50-$150 per session

Full rate: $45 per session

What is sliding scale?
Sliding scale pricing means that you pay what you can based on your financial circumstance. Please consider the rate that you pay based on your income, expenses, and disposable income. Your rate should be based on what you can pay, not what you want to pay or what you think the value of the service is.
Sliding scale rates allow services to be more accessible to folks in a wide range of financial situations impacted by income, debt, dependents, etc. Those paying a higher rate balance out the cost for those who need to pay a lower rate. Here is one suggested pricing scale based on annual income:
$20,000 and under - $50
$30,000 - $40,000 - $60
$40,000 - $50,000 - $70
$50,000 - $60,000 - $80
$60,000 - $70,000 - $90
$70,000 - $80,000 - $110
$80,000 - $90,000 - $130
$90,000 - $100,000 - $150
Over 100,000 - Please consider paying beyond the sliding scale
How to submit payment
All payments are to be submitted at least 72 hours prior to appointment using Venmo (@BreeIsHelpfulAF), Cash App ($BreeIsHelpfulAF), or Zelle (info shared upon booking). In the note of your payment, please include the date of our session.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
No shows with no contact will not be refunded. I will wait for 10 minutes during a session, after which you are considered a no show. 100% of your session fee will be considered a no show fee.
Cancellations seeking a refund are required with at least 48 hours notice. (More time is always preferred!)
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will require a cancellation fee that equals the sum of your sliding scale rate. (Example: If your rate is $50, your cancellation fee is $50.)
If you have already submitted your session fee prior to a late cancellation, I will keep that payment as your cancellation fee.
If you have not submitted your session fee prior to a late cancellation, any following sessions will not be conducted until your cancellation fee has been paid.
Reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice. (More time is always preferred!)
Please note: I cannot guarantee rescheduled sessions due to the nature of my schedule.
For peer counseling clients, rescheduled sessions must occur before the next regularly scheduled session.
For one-time clients, rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the missed session.
A rescheduled session cannot be rescheduled or canceled, or a cancellation fee will be required.
If we are unable to reschedule a session, it is considered a cancellation and a full cancellation fee will be required.
If a request to reschedule occurs with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% late fee will be required. (Example: If your sliding scale rate is $50, your late fee is $25.)
Please note: I do not work everyday, therefore I may not see your emails quickly. If you send a cancellation or reschedule request within the appropriate time frame, it will be honored regardless of my response time.
When to expect a response
After submitting this form, please allow up to 5 days for response. Please know that I am chronically ill, so sometimes my response time may be longer. I appreciate your patience and understanding. If you do not receive a response, be sure to check your spam folder!
How our sessions are conducted
All sessions last 60 minutes and are conducted on Zoom. There may be times that I cannot be on camera and will conduct sessions off camera, audio only. You will receive Zoom details via email after your payment has been received.
