"One of the most helpful things is the session documentation. I’ve never worked with someone who provides a service like that. A lot of times, therapy sessions can be a blur. So, it’s incredibly helpful to be able to refer back to it. I’ve also been adding to it and utilizing it more outside of our sessions, which is cool.
I also like incorporating tarot and spirituality and magick alongside talking. It makes the sessions feel really balanced and it provides a space for me to tap into my spirituality.
