Okay, are you ready? This is all you have to do…

“FUCK OFF!!!”

Yes, really! All you have to do to get ghosts to fuck off is to tell them to fuck off. You might think I'm joking—and it is very funny—but it is true and it works. 

YES, GHOSTS RESPECT CONSENT 

Here’s the thing about telling ghosts to fuck off. The very baseline of this situation is that you're setting a boundary, and you're acknowledging your consent or your lack of consent. Ghosts can do a lot of shit that we can't do as human flesh suits, but one thing we have in common is that we both understand boundaries and consent. Ghosts, more often than not, will respect your boundaries and consent. 

COMMUNICATING BOUNDARIES CAN BE SIMPLE AND EVEN FUN!

Of course there are a lot of different ways that you can make your boundaries and consent known, but I think that it can be really empowering to simply yell expletives at ghosts. To me, it partially feels like I’m taking my power back, but it also makes it a little fun. Injecting the “lols” into the situation reminds me that dealing with ghosts doesn't have to be scary. 

I've even heard a medium once say that telling ghost to fuck off, specifically using aggressive language like “fuck off”, puts an additional intention or energy into the message that lets the ghost know that you mean fuckin’ business. 

So, while there are plenty of other ways that you can get rid of ghosts, this is a super quick and easy way to do so, especially if you don't care to know who the ghost is, what they want, or anything like that. If you just want them gone and you want them gone now, all you gotta do is tell them to fuckin’ fuck off.
